Block and stop all communication with him.
In my experience helping hundreds of scam / blackmail victims, blackmailers are bluffing.
Do not pay him anything.
Is it possible for buyers to negotiate after an inspection if the appraisal is lower than expected?
If necessary change your phone number or create a new email address.
